After the success of the film `Elsamma Enna Aankutty' director Lal Jose is all set to enthrall the audience with another movie. `Spanish Masala' which would be the first Malayalam movie to be shot predominantly in Spain. After the film Dosth, this film would see Dileep and Chakochan in the lead. Noushad is producing the film and cinematographer Satheesh Kurup, who handled camera in super hit flick `Anwar', would be the cameraman.
Benny P Nayarambalam pens the script. There are news that Amy Jackson, the heroine of the Tamil film `Madrasipattanam' would be the heroine. But the final decision is yet to come. News is also buzz that like the heroine in Arabikatha, who was from China, Lal jose might select a heroine from Spain itself. Gokul Das is the art director.
The shooting of the film would begin in July in Spain. Some portion would be shot in Kerala too. Dileep is joining Lal Jose after `Mulla' and Kunchako after Elsamma Enna Aankutty.
